He has appointed six judges of the High Court and the Court of Appeal who had been rejected for three years by his predecessor Uhuru Kenyatta. This move was seen as a sign of respect for the judiciary and the rule of law, as well as a gesture of reconciliation with the opposition.

The terminal, which will have a capacity of 30,000 tons of LPG, is owned by Tanzanian business magnate Rostam Aziz. The launch of Taifa Gas is a historic milestone on the journey towards achieving self-sufficiency in clean green energy, which is a critical component of the commitment to deliver rapid social-economic transformation.
He has initiated several Infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, dams, and power plants. He has also increased funding for education, health, and social protection programs. He has pledged to create more jobs and opportunities for the millions of Kenyans who are unemployed or underemployed.
He has Improved Kenya’s relations with its regional and international partners, such as Ethiopia, Somalia, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, China, the US, and the UK. He has also played a key role in mediating conflicts and promoting peace and stability in the Horn of Africa and the Great Lakes region.
He has shown commitment to fighting corruption and enhancing accountability in public service. He has supported the work of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) and other agencies to investigate and prosecute cases of graft and misuse of public funds. He has also implemented reforms to improve transparency and efficiency in government procurement and service delivery.
